Stingray City Marine Park is a breathtaking destination for those who love marine life. Here, you can immerse yourself in the crystal-clear waters with the most amazing stingrays and other fascinating marine creatures. The natural reef and sandbank offer endless opportunities to explore and discover the wonders of the underwater world. You can even experience the thrill of holding one of these magnificent animals, feeling their skin's soft and smooth texture against your fingertips. Spend 45 minutes to an hour in this paradise and create unforgettable memories you will cherish forever.
After having lunch on Green Island, our boat will head south towards the historic Nelson's Dockyard. We won't be getting off the ship, but the Captain will point out ALL the colonial structures and give a short talk explaining what they were used for. Our second snorkelling session will occur at the Pillars of Hercules. During this fantastic snorkel stop, the limestone boulders enter into the water at the mouth of the Nelson's Dockyard at the base of the Shirley Heights cliff. Here, you can see a colonial anchor. Our last stop will be at the magnificent Rendezvous Bay, a secluded beach on the island's south side. You can enjoy swimming, snorkelling, or beachcombing while enjoying our homemade, delicious rum punch.
Our journey has brought us to the awe-inspiring Pillars of Hercules, where we are about to experience one of the most stunning snorkelling spots on the planet. As we drop anchor, we are greeted by the crystal-clear waters that sparkle in the sun, inviting us to plunge. We dive into the pristine waters at the base of the famous Shirley Heights hill, where the majestic limestone pillars extend into the ocean, creating a breathtaking sight that takes our breath away.
The underwater world beckons us as we explore the vast expanse of the sea, admiring the vibrant marine life that thrives in this underwater paradise. As we swim, we discover a colonial anchor that adds an exciting dimension to our snorkelling adventure, making it even more memorable. The Pillars of Hercules is a unique and fantastic spot for snorkelling that we will never forget.
We've finally reached our last destination, the secluded and breathtaking Rendezvous Bay Beach. As we approach the beach, the crystal-clear waters and white sandy shorelines leave us in absolute awe. The beach is entirely private, and the untouched beauty of the surroundings is simply mesmerizing. We'll have plenty of time to dip in the refreshing waters or snorkel around the coral reefs. Alternatively, if we prefer to stay on land, we can take a leisurely walk along the beach, admiring its lush greenery. As we soak up the sun, we can sip on a cold and refreshing homemade rum punch, famous for its unique taste and aroma. The drink perfectly complements the stunning scenery and will quench our thirst, leaving us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
